BonJour mon amie , good morning my friends ; Today Chef Roy will be serving a unique quiche make with a hash brown potato crust & cubed ham / egg filling ! We make every dish from scratch in a gourmet style with various improvisations on traditional recipes ! Our guests today are from New Hampshire ( white mountains area ) and this will be their second breakfast before departing for home again ( Bon Voyage ! ) Our entree ,as always will be a fruit & yogurt parfait , layered with greek yogurt , with either strawberry or blueberry / banana filling . topped with whipped cream & chopped pecans ! Our guests had petite strawberry parfaits yesterday ; I will try to encourage that they try the blueberry / banana this morning ! Chef Roy has some oven time ahead of him , so alas I must depart for the kitchen !
